WAYS TO ORDER FOR YOUR STORE
With various ways to order your favourite Luckies products, you can chose the one that works for you:

Order direct from our trade site with live stock levels and a full history of all your orders (whether placed through the site or not). Login with your account details, or if you are new, create your account here.

SHIPPING , PACKAGING & DELIVERY

Order preparation time
Orders are usually packed and ready to despatch from our warehouse within 2-3 working days.

Carriers and shipping times
We ship globally via UPS, with order tracking provided once your order has shipped.
From time to time we may use another courier service depending on the size of the shipment.
Most UK orders are delivered in 1-2 days.
International shipping times vary from country to country, but normally less than 1 week.

Shipping charges
UK
Carriage paid in UK Mainland on orders over £250. Orders under £250 subject to a £12 carriage charge.

EU
Concerned about Brexit? Don’t be! We ship DDP to the EU, meaning Luckies takes care of all freight, customs, tax and duty charges, and you receive your order the same as you would by ordering from within the EU. Get in touch with us for more details.
Minimum order €300. Includes delivery to a single address in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain.

USA
10% of total order value will be added as your contribution towards shipping, duties and tariffs. This will be added to your invoice once your order is submitted.
Minimum order value $250.

ROW
For territories not listed above, we can either prepare your order for collection, or calculate the shipping cost with UPS and include this on your invoice.


CAN I SELL LUCKIES PRODUCTS ON RETAIL MARKETPLACES?
The reselling of any Luckies products on retail marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy and eBay is not permitted. We constantly monitor these platforms and any listings featuring our products will result in a request for removal either directly with the vendor or though the platform in question.
Luckies™ reserves the right not to supply any business or individual intending to or found to be selling our products through Amazon, eBay and other retail marketplaces.
